The show reveals the stark and raw reality of our runaway food culture.
Visit the exclusive 'Grand Restaurant Du Nord', which has been rented for the evening by a bored jet-set couple indulging in highly exotic dishes. On the other side, gaze at the feverish activity in the Chef de Cuisine's domain, where perfectionism and cruel wastefulness vie for supremacy.
Vis à Vis offers a glimpse into the kitchen of a chic restaurant where endangered species are often featured on the menu, while supplies last. Humanity's role in this underserved link in the food chain is that of a barbaric carnivore. Opportunism and gluttony hide behind the mask of gastronomy and good table manners. As an audience member, you experience WILD from two sides. While one half of the audience sees the front, the other half gets a glimpse behind the scenes. After the intermission, the audience switches sides.
